A standard Agile instance supports up to 5 active courses per 30-day cycle
Our team can work with various digital formats; for a premium experience, we offer “White-Glove” Content Setup to optimise your videos and documents for mobile-ready delivery.
This is an optional service where our technical team takes your raw training materials and optimises them for digital delivery, ensuring they are mobile-ready and high-performance.
Following our structured roadmap, we move from initial consultation and setup to a Live Launch in approximately 8 weeks.
You retain 100% ownership of all your curriculum, videos, and training materials. Open Skills Academy acts strictly as a technical host and does not claim any rights to your intellectual property.
The consultant retains 100% ownership of their materials and warrants that all content is original and free of plagiarism. Aquity acts solely as your technical host.
Yes, your instance is a dedicated “Agile” environment; other consultants on the Open Skills platform cannot see or access your proprietary materials.
As the content owner, you are legally responsible for the originality of your materials. Our terms require you to warrant that your work is original and to indemnify Aquity against any legal claims of copyright infringement or plagiarism.
At the end of the 30 days, your instance is deactivated. Unless you have opted for the Information Archiving service, all learner data and content will be permanently purged from the system after 7 days to ensure security and privacy.
For a monthly fee, Aquity will securely store your course materials and learner progress data. This allows you to “re-activate” your academy instantly for future cohorts without having to repeat the setup process.
Yes, you can request an extension for 50% of the base fee, provided the request is made at least 48 hours before your current cycle expires.
The platform generates audit-ready reporting and “Impact Summaries,” giving you the data needed to prove 100% completion and learner engagement to your corporate stakeholders
